
Laughter has always been part of our human expression and yet we haven't put very much thought into it. When is there we take it for granted and we just know that after a good laugh we tend to feel better. We were not taught that laughter is essential for our well-beingness and ideally should be embedded in our lives as a daily activity. Contemporary science is looking at this phenomenon with curiocity and highlights the importance of laughter as the best transformer energy for both mind and body health. In a world full of stress, worries and uncertainties, laughter is recommended as our best medicine.

Also look at the documentary produced by the laughologist: Albert Nerenberg. Nerenberg recently completed a film, Laughology, for CTV, where he traveled the world studying both new and traditional forms of laughter. The National Post called Laughology “screamingly funny.”
