Holistic energy healing

Holistic energy healing is a form of spiritual energy healing that treats the whole person. (Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.) The goal is to restore balance to your energy centers and fortify them. This is what ultimately restores your health.

My holistic work is a hands- on treatment where I implement several energy healing modalities, such as: Life-force Healing Touch, Reiki, Craniosacral and Bioenergy Healing, and Crystal Therapy, all use the same energy principles of the human body-mind exchange.

There are various levels of bodily systems, such as, the emotional, physical, the subtle of the chakras and of the meridians, and others. All bodily systems are interconnected, and thus, when one system is energized and restored another improves and gets activated. As a result, you are facilitated to feel energized, centered, grounded, aligned, and balanced.

Working through the three layers of the body: energy meridians, emotional, and subtle body I gradually bring you into deep relaxation yet with a heightened awareness of your body's intelligence.

This awareness can happen during or after a session; its impact guides you through your own healing and often opens you to your inherent gifts, challenges, and breakthroughs. That way the physical shift for you that is produced by the hands-on work becomes the basis for transformation to take place on other levels. By healing the physical body you dissolve mental and emotional blocks. For example, if you have pain as a physical symptom, the root cause of your pain may be an emotional imbalance. On the other hand, if you are stressed or depressed, this affects your body and your energy level.

With holistic energy healing treatment, you may still be under the care of a doctor. Holistic healing modalities complement traditional medical therapies and are often described as "complimentary medicine."
