Crystal therapy

The sessions are tailored to enhance the natural healing abilities of the body’s corresponding systems - the subtle body of the auric field where thought forms and emotions are stored and affect the overall life force, the energy systems such as meridians and chakras, the craniosacral system where the cerebrospinal fluid moves through the spinal cord and scull, the cellular palpation, and the energy field organs and glands.

Crystal therapy entails the use of crystals along with energy activation techniques. I place my hands lightly on your body, tuning in to your energy body. Crystals are placed on your body in order to facilitate the healing process. The session is accompanied by a selection of therapeutic music- tunes that will resonate with the brain waves and pulse of the heart in order to promote inner peace an vitality.

Crystal Therapy is designed to give you a relaxing experience, away from your usual life, that is similar to meditation. You will often experience deep relaxation while the treatment is taking place, which will boost your immune system and make the connection between the various subtle body energy systems function more efficiently.

Because of the interconnectedness of the body-mind systems, crystal therapy is designed to facilitate your spiritual-development, improve your self-confidence, balance your mind, spirit and body, give insights, enhance your creativity, , improve your communication and self-expression, and increase your feeling of empowerment. HOW DOES CRYSTAL THERAPY BALANCE THE CHAKRAS?

Chakras represent energy centers in the body and give us a system through which we can understand the constant flow of energy through and around our body (chi). There are seven chakras in the body and when any of them are out of balance then illnesses occur. Crystals can be used to heal by rebalancing the chakras in our body thereby promoting health.

Different crystals have different actions and each of the seven chakras correspond to a different problem in order to heal an imbalance in the chakra. The appropriate crystal that is associated with the problem is selected and placed over the chakra. To help relieve localized pain, the selected crystal is placed over the area of discomfort and held in place for a few minutes while visualizing a soothing image.
